Easy Choice
When you set up an outdoor electric fountain you’re going to need to take some extra steps. Like installing a G.F.C.I. (‘ground fault circuit interrupter’).
It’s just like the special plug in your bathroom. If water gets in, the circuit shuts down and nobody gets hurt. Which is a very good idea. It’s just that you’ll probably have to get an electrician for that. And then pay the electrician for that.
